• Where is our factories?
iMagic Group consist of different manufacturing plants, each of our factories are focus on different kind of products. We have 3 factories located in Zhongshan producing gas hob, cooker hood and gas product components, 1 factory located in Ningbo, producing ceramic hobs & induction hobs.
• Which market we are supplying currently?
Currently iMagic is focus on European & Asian market, we are not a company trying to extend the sales network to all countries, but we could like to go step by step, each country currently we are servicing are in depth cooperation. Not only touch the surface, but we are invested a lot on cooperating with local leading distributors as their core suppliers.
• What kind of certificates you have?
We have completed full range of our products as following certificates
Gas Hob: LVD, EMC, ErP, RoHS, Gas directive (EN 30 series), EC examination
Cooker Hood: CE, GS, RoHS, CB, SAA, ErP

• How is your price?
While we comparing price, we talk on the same specification level, 5-10% lower. We understand a competitive price finally contributor to a volume sales, thus bring both side more benefit.
• How is your product?
With so many years of experiences, we found most of the manufacturers only copying each other in China, you will find most of the products are similar designs. The only thing is price & quality.
We are combing the latest trends to offer UPS(Unique Selling Points) products with "innovation" always in mind.
We selected all these top quality components and assembly according to international standard.
• How you guarantee the quality?
You may hear so many factories that their products are “ Best Quality, Best Price”, quality is not saying, but a procedures of approval, contact us to send you these photos, videos how we control our quality if you are not able to visit us.
• Which famous brands you are supplying?
We are supplying SKD to SIEMENS, BOSCH, Rinnai,elica and CBU to Electrolux,Haier, Baumatic, Teka, Tecno, Hafele, Kangaroo.
• We have factory in our country; do you have experience on SKD/ CKD?
Yes, it’s our strong point, we have many years in SKD/CKD servicing on gas hob, cooker hood products.
• How you keep the product "up-to-date" & "innovation"?
Marketing Research, Top R&D Team, Visit different country market every year, Keep communicating with our partners, giving the source of latest idea on innovation. Every year we are launching new technology to chance our competition and offering update package to assistant our customer keep leading in the market.
• What kind of after service you offer?We totally understand oversea market is not only a contract PI after signed and produces then sell business, but it concerns to more importantly the after service, iMagic prepare full range of after service materials to enhance your sales, marketing team to know about Unique Selling Point, to your technical & maintenance team know how to fix problem. And we have plan to visit customer for training program every year.
